About the Speaker
Kim Stelmacovich is Director of Quality and Safety at Revera Canada. She brings decades of experience in quality, safety and risk to the role, at strategic and operational levels. Respected for her unwaivering commitment to customer service, she draws on formal training from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, in Lean/Six Sigma, and in IDEO Customer Experience design to inform her role at Revera.
