This track will address the ways and means to enter those competitive markets and remain high on the customer’s list to keep you. Maintaining that compliance is an ongoing challenge and we’ll address how to be effective.
Track M: Quality Management Systems
Are you happy with a “basic compliance system” or are you continually working to improve you Quality Management System? This set of sessions will challenge your thinking and provide some concepts and path toward making your QMS more effective and/or efficient.
Track P: Personal Development

The basic quality tools have a much wider application once you understand the concepts behind them. Learn additional applications of Six Sigma, Lean and SPC as they are applied within your organization.
The 4th Quarter: Keynote – Texas 2036
This keynote is to focus on the workforce expected and the educational requirements necessary to provide your organization with competent talent. You may not be in the workforce at that time, but sons, daughters and grandchildren will be part of it.
Sessions are 75 min long to permit added interaction with speakers. 3 choices are available for each track (choose 3 of 12 presentations during the day).
