Philly ASQ's Education Committee has been working hard to ensure our educational offerings are fresh, relevant and what members want to learn. We asked our members to complete a survey to assess the needs, wants, and "wish list" items for new courses. This webinar gives an overview of the survey results with some topics that stood out from the members that responded. You are welcome to provide your feedback during this webinar. What is change management vs. the management of change?
Hear how Dr. Connors' interest in economic psychology helped him develop learning objectives for people who need to make decisions based on risk assessments. His workshop reviews the backgroud, research and science that is the basis of change management theory and practice.
Objectives include doing an organizational assessment, use of group dynamics. use of capability maturity models, use of communication strategies and roles, use of change management models, use of organizational learning models, and evaluation of the personal use of self in change managment.
