The Power Of Knowing What You Don't Know

Main Speaker: Russell Snyder

Senior Director-Intel-Supply Chain Operations
Registered Professional Engineer, MBA, and Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt

Topic: Anticipating Supply Chain Disruption: Rethinking Business Continuity

In consideration of the WCQI theme of combining the Art and Science of Quality, I discuss how Adam Grant’s Best Selling book: Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don’t Know creates a model applicable to uncertain ecosystem changes. In consideration of the pandemic supply disruptions, I will explore ways to anticipate disruption and apply modeling and mapping techniques to “know what you don’t know “ about your supply chain. The webinar will provide some tools to understand risk to make better management decisions.
