Ayodele (A.Y.) Sasore is a dynamic, team-focused, and performance-driven Operational Excellence leader and change agent with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing environments. A.Y. holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Science Technology from Purdue University. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has held positions ranging from Lead Design Engineer to Business Improvement Manager with industry leaders such as Goodrich and Rolls-Royce. He currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence and Engineering at Festo Corp.
