Bio:Dr. Mac McGuire (LTC, Ret) spent over 30 years in the US Army where he was a student of the best leadership models. He commanded a very high priority company and two battalions – one academic and one in a combat Division. He served as Superintendent of Schools for nine states in the Total Army Schools System. Dr. Mac is the Founding President/CEO of McGuire & Associates Consulting and is currently serves as the CEO of the Quality Texas Foundation (QTF) for the past eight years. He has led QTF to explosive growth and mergers with MO/KS/OK/LA/PR. He has taught at the University of Texas at Austin (26 years) with four different disciplines in the areas of Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Change Management and taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor MBA program (13 years). He has written three books. The most successful book is entitled, Beacons of Light on Leadership:19 Tips and Techniques for your Success!

Overview:There are five key steps to becoming a Quality Superhero. We must all have a Positive Attitude especially in the changing times Post COVID. We must ensure we have effective communication with all those we come in contact with for sure. We must build Trusting Relationships and determine if folks see us as trustworthy. We must solve problems and use logic realizing we may never have all the information. Finally, we must improve our Brand constantly. Be committed and be whelmed.
This short seminar will focus on the five key steps to achieving superhero status in your organization and at home. Be prepared to address the obvious, set new habits, and walk away challenged in a humorous and pointed way.
