Requirements for Management Review are one of places in ISO 9001 where the standard becomes very specific. Clause 9.3.2c lists QMS-related areas organizations must consider when conducting management reviews. Note the language here. The standard specifically indicates that trends in data should be considered. If you are only looking at a small snapshot in time, you are missing the intent of this clause. AS9100D includes an additional requirement beyond those specified in ISO 9001, on time delivery performance. Want to learn more? All my life I've thrived on change: causing it, managing it, or coping with it. But the routines of our lives, even the small, inconsequential ones, provide comfort and structure. Hence the success of Standard Work when consistency of task is important. Not only does it provide a better product, but the routine is psychologically comforting if it works well. ...
