Project Charter Generation for LSS GB

By Robert Mitchell posted 10/13/23 11:48 AM

ASQ Phoenix announces a new 3-part virtual short court mini-series on the topic of LSS GB tools.

The first webinar is scheduled for October 18, 2023, 3:00 pm - 5:15 pm MST, via Zoom Meeting.

Creating a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project charter is a critical step in the Define phase of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology. The project charter serves as a formal document that outlines the key details and objectives of your Lean Six Sigma project. It's important for clarifying the project's scope, goals, team members, and expectations.

This course will introduce a Project Charter template typically used when doing a DMAIC project, and directly address the 6 components of the Charter:

  1. Problem or Opportunity Statement
  2. Business Case
  3. Goal(s)
  4. Scope
  5. Team members
  6. Timing

The webinar combines lectures and hands-on interactive practice sessions.
