The August 2025 Columbia Basin ASQ newsletter is now available.
We are excited to be teaming with several other local professional organizations to offer a site visit/tour at Framatome in Richland on August 8. This is only open to members of our ASQ section and these organizations, and space is limited. Send an email to Abhijit to sign up (and to earn RU credit).
Another joint event is planned for August 14 at Terra Blanca Winery & Vineyard Estate in Benton City. This will be a “Happy Hour”/Networking event (no-host), limited to members of the same professional organizations. This is an opportunity to meet (or reconnect) with other professionals in our area. Email Abhijit by August 6 if you plan to participate. (As a networking only event, with no learning component/presentation, RUs cannot be earned for this event.)
We also encourage everyone to sign up for and participate in one or more of the other ASQ section or division meetings being offered in August. There are many opportunities for learning, networking, and growth! Check the ASQ Events Calendar for even more offerings.
And remember… Recertification Units (RUs) can be earned for participating in meetings/conferences, viewing your monthly free member gifts, or by serving in a section leadership or team member role.
