ASQ is the premier global setting for individuals seeking to achieve excellence through quality, thought leadership, and best practices.

• A strong foundation in these areas is ASQ’s key differentiating factor, providing the information that attracts and retains Society members.
• The activities and deliverables of ASQ’s Member Units (MUs) establish and reinforce ASQ’s position as the thought leader and community of choice and significantly enhance ASQ offerings to members and customers.
• The ASQ Performance Excellence Program (PEP) is intended to celebrate the accomplishments and recognize ASQ MUs, including Geographic Communities and Technical Communities (GCs and TCs).

The PEP program builds on ASQ society-wide strategic objectives, minimum operating requirements for MUs, and the tools and processes provided by ASQ for MU leadership. PEP measures were first introduced in 2020 and are intended to provide an objective evaluation of excellent MU performance.
In spite of our many efforts, this year the Montreal Section did not succeed in obtaining recognition. There is always next year.
