Quebec Healthcare Risk Management Webinar – Voice Of The Customer Review

For this very first virtual event in French offered by the Montreal Chapter, the levels of appreciation reached 95% in the Topic, Approach and Presenter categories. This is a testament to the relevance of the subject matter. As for the quality of the discussions, the result was 68%. Some participants would have liked to have had a lively exchange of ideas with each other before the presentation began. Unfortunately this was not on the agenda. However, there are possibilities to have this type of interaction between participants and the host at future events. We are working on it.

According to the results of the survey, the majority of respondents would prefer to join this type of event from 19:00-21:00. Predictable result since almost all participants were professionals working full time. In addition, they expressed some interest in the topics to be discussed in the near future. This gives us good ideas about the topics to be discussed, whether through online presentations or theme evenings. Among the proposed topics are risk management, ISO 9001:2015 and management strategies in CHSLD (long term care health establishments)...... obviously all related to the salient topic of the COVID-19 pandemic. Finally, the Montreal Chapter newsletter remains the best way to reach the maximum number of members in order to keep them informed of upcoming events.
