As a seasoned Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Management Representative, Alexandra brings a dedicated focus on team development, mentorship, and collaboration to every aspect of her work. With a career marked by a commitment to excellence, she leverages her expertise in quality systems, global regulatory requirements, standards, and technology to drive continuous improvement and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Alexandra’s track record speaks volumes about her results-oriented approach. Over the years, she has successfully developed and sustained effective Quality Management Systems (QMS), leading teams in Quality, Regulatory, and Labeling functions. Notably, I've achieved MDSAP certification and implemented EN ISO 13485:2016+A11:2021 and EN ISO 14971:2019+A11:2021 standards. Her experience includes guiding organizations through the implementation of EU MDR 2017/745 regulations, demonstrating adaptability and expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

With a passion for driving continuous improvement, Alex thrives on the challenge of executing and maintaining QMS systems that uphold the highest standards of quality while fostering innovation and efficiency. Her commitment to mentorship and collaborative leadership ensures that teams not only meet but exceed expectations, delivering measurable results and driving sustainable growth.
