He is currently the Vice Chancellor, Techno India University, West Bengal, India. He is Co-Founder & Managing Director of GSS Infosolutions Private Limited. He is in the Advisory Board of Federation of Small and Medium Industries (FOSMI), the leading body for SMEs in eastern part of India. He has institutionalized Lean practices in SMEs. He is currently Adjunct Professor at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur teaching six sigma and agile methodologies and Chairman of the Board of Institution of Valuers-Registered Valuers Foundation, a premier valuation educational conglomerate in India. He is a former General Manager in Philips and former Director of Calcutta Business School.
