His certifications and credentials include PMIRMP, RIMSCRMP, Chartered Quality Professional (CQI/IRCA), and Fellow of the International Institute for Safety and Risk Management (FIIRSM), Mr. Moon has authored Foundations of Quality Risk Management, Mastering Safety Risk Management for Medical and In Vitro Devices (ASQ Quality Press, 2023), Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals (ASQ Quality Press, 2025), and Cybersecurity Risk Management (ASQ Quality Press, 2026).
