Janet holds an MS in Systems Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and has held senior leadership positions at Xerox, Eastman Kodak, and Innotex Precision Ltd. Janet is a senior member of ASQ and the founder and president of The Business Improvement Experts.
Program and Tutorial Learning Objectives:
Explain key features of effective Voice of the Customer (VOC) surveys
Identify the survey content necessary to reveal customer loyalty and authentic customer experiences
List available tools to develop useful surveys
Conduct SWOT analyses of surveys shared by ASQ Baltimore members
