Quality managers often work as facilitators to guide a team throughout a project or during important meetings. A key part of this includes facilitating meetings and
bringing key stakeholders together to make important decisions. The use of facilitation and steering committees are vital to making progress on large initiatives.
This presentation will 1) provide an overview of facilitation and steering committees 2) examine the role facilitation and steering committees can play in projects or
meetings 3) share lessons learned from successfully facilitating meetings and steering committees.
