The program topic for the evening is "Writing Nonconformances that Stick and Corrective Actions that Cure."
After conducting an audit, it is important to document the audit findings in a way the auditee organization can understand the problem statement. Learn the ingredients of how to make a nonconformity "stick" so the real issue can be resolved the first time.
Now that your nonconformance is clearly documented, do you know what a good corrective action should look like? It’s time to review what it takes to write corrective actions that not only exterminate the problem, but bury it and put rocks on it so it never happens again.
After the program, the tutorial topic is "Effective Nonconformance and Corrective Action Writing.” The lecture will be supplemented with a group activity to write the 4 components of a sticky nonconformance and a corrective action that will ensure the issue never comes back.
