BIO: Karen Wu is the Head of Operational Excellence at Hyundai Capital Canada. She is a leader in digital innovation projects using technologies such as OCR, RPA, NLP, and task mining. Also, she oversees data analytics, data science, and workforce management in her current role, and uses data insights and predictive analytics to drive further business improvements. Karen started her career as a CPA at E&Y in audit, with a broad range of experience in the manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, financial services, and real estate industries. Prior to this role, Karen led ERP and finance automation projects as the Head of Accounting and Reporting at Hyundai Capital.
