Creation Technologies is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer Support.

· The candidate will be a 1099 independent contractor.

· This is a full-time 40-hour/week role based in our Denver CO area (Westminster, CO) site.

· The position is required to sit on-site.

· This contract is expected to last a minimum of 2 months with the potential to extend.

· Although the hours are standardized, the candidate must have schedule flexibility.

· The ideal candidate is a professional who possesses unquestioned integrity, discipline, systems/ procedures oriented, detail-oriented, motivated, self-starter, ability to multi-task, and an excellent communicator (written and verbal).

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

· Providing immediate quality support to common processes and customer cells

· Assist Quality Engineers in daily, weekly and monthly quality reporting

· Performing PPAP

· Administration of NCR (assignment, MRB, RMA routings, disposition)

· Perform various types of quality audits and inspections (product, process and system)

· Assisting quality engineers in performing containment actions (Quality Alerts, Purges/ Stop Ship Notices)

· Support quality engineering team in interpretation of the IPC workmanship standards (IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610 PCBA)

· Provide back up support to quality engineering team for Document Control and ESD control

· Other quality engineering support duties when required

QUALIFICATIONS:

· A minimum of 2 years' experience in electronics, manufacturing, or quality, engineering/engineering technician role preferably in a high tech or electronics industry

· PPAP experience required

· Demonstrated working knowledge of ISO 9001 and 13485 standards is required

· Demonstrated proficiency with industry standard quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8-D, Control Plans, Acceptance Sampling, Metrology-GRR, Process Capability Analysis is strongly recommended

· Strong knowledge of IPC electronic manufacturing standards is recommended

Starting pay for new hires for this position is between $35.00-$50.00 per hour.
