College can be demanding, and the cost of tuition, books and other expenses can add up quickly. The ASQ Southeast Florida Section wants to support students who are working toward their educational and professional goals.
The deadline to apply for the 2026 ASQ Southeast Florida Section Scholarship has been extended through August 19th, 2026.
This scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students actively enrolled in an accredited college or university. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and submit an essay based on a real personal experience with quality.
Your essay should address:
“What Quality Means to Me: My Personal Experience with Quality”
The essay must be between 500 and 1,000 words and should describe an actual experience from your education, workplace, community, project or personal life.
Applicants must submit:
• A completed application
• A 500 to 1,000-word essay
• A transcript showing a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Proof of active enrollment or a college acceptance letter
Undergraduate and graduate applicants will be evaluated separately.
Scholarship recipients will also have the opportunity to present their essays during an ASQ Southeast Florida Section monthly meeting, either virtually or in person. Selected essays may also be featured on our Section platforms.
Please note that essays must reflect the applicant’s own experience and original writing. The use of artificial intelligence to create the essay is not permitted.
