On September 24, we open the doors at Colony West Golf Club in Tamarac, Florida for QXCON 2026 β the Quality Excellence Conference hosted by ASQ Southeast Florida Section 1510. This year's theme is The Human Side of Quality, and it is built around one truth: the hardest part of quality work has never been the process. It has always been the people.
We want to hear from you.
We are looking for practitioners who have lived this work β not academics with borrowed frameworks, not vendors with tools to sell. Real quality leaders who have sat across from resistant teams, delivered tough feedback, rebuilt trust after a failed audit, or built a quality culture from the ground up inside an organization that did not believe in it yet.
π§ Human Communication in Quality β How do you deliver hard quality news without losing the room? How do you translate data into dialogue that actually lands?
π€ Culture, Coaching & Accountability β What does it take to build a quality culture people actually believe in? How do you lead with accountability without making people feel like suspects?
βοΈ Bridging People, Operations & Continuous Improvement β How do you connect QA, HR and operations when everyone speaks a different language?
We are looking for voices from manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, retail, food production and corporate training. VP of Quality, CI Leader, Six Sigma Black Belt, QA Manager, HR Business Partner, L&D professional, COO β if that is you or someone you know, this stage was built for that story.
You do not need to be an ASQ member to apply. Strong, practitioner-level perspectives from any background are welcome. You can also nominate someone else.
