QXCON 2026- The Human Side of Quality-Call for Speakers

We are looking for the people who get it.

Not the ones who can recite ISO clauses or quote a Lean textbook. The ones who have stood in front of a team after a bad audit and figured out how to turn that moment into something that actually moved the needle. The ones who know that quality culture is built in conversations, not dashboards.

QXCON 2026 opens speaker proposals today.

On September 24, Colony West Golf Club Conference Center in Tamarac, Florida brings together 100+ quality professionals for a full day focused on The Human Side of Quality. Every session on that stage connects to people — not just process.

Three tracks define the program:

Track 1 — Human Communication in Quality
How we deliver feedback, report findings, talk about defects and hold people accountable without breaking trust.

Track 2 — Culture, Coaching and Accountability

How quality culture builds from the inside out. Psychological safety in audits. Coaching instead of policing. Teams that own quality instead of fear it.

Track 3 — AI and Technology in Quality
How technology changes quality work and what the human role looks like as automation grows. This track stays anchored to people, not just tools.

Call for Speakers

The speaker we are looking for blends operational expertise with emotional intelligence. They bring real stories, actionable frameworks and the kind of session people still talk about at dinner.

We want to hear from Directors and VPs of Quality, Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Leaders, QA Managers, HR Business Partners working in quality-adjacent roles, Learning and Development Leaders and COOs with a people-first lens.

What we are not looking for: purely technical presentations with no people focus, vendor pitches dressed as sessions or academic presentations with no practical application.

Proposal deadline: July 31, 2026
Speaker notifications: August 20, 2026

QXCON is a nonprofit event. Speakers cover their own travel. What you get in return is a room full of engaged quality professionals, a platform that puts your expertise in front of the right people and a community that remembers your name long after September 24.
