QXCON 2026 is now accepting speaker proposals and we want to hear from you.
On September 24, 2026, Colony West Golf Club Conference Center in Tamarac, Florida hosts over 100 quality leaders, operations professionals, HR business partners and continuous improvement practitioners for a full day built around one theme: The Human Side of Quality.
The speakers taking that stage bring real lived experience — not vendor pitches, not academic theory without application. Practitioners, coaches, change agents and translators who have done this work inside real organizations and are willing to share what they know.
We are building sessions across three tracks:
Track 1 — Human Communication in Quality
Track 2 — Culture, Coaching and Accountability
Track 3 — AI and Technology in Quality
We are looking for Directors and VPs of Quality, Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Leaders, QA Managers, HR Business Partners, Learning and Development Leaders and COOs with a people-first lens.
