Women in Quality Roundtable 2026-The conversation your career has been waiting for

By Adalyd Oliveras posted 41 minutes ago

Dear Quality Community,

Some things are worth doing right. This is one of them.  When we set out to create the Women in Quality Roundtable, we had a vision bigger than a date on a calendar. We wanted a room full of the right people, conversations that actually move careers forward and an experience that stays with you long after you leave.

We looked at where we were and made a decision. Not because we had to. Because we refused to deliver anything less than what this community deserves.  The Women in Quality Roundtable is moving to Saturday, October 17, 2026.

Same location. Same mission. A stronger lineup, more time to connect and a format built around real dialogue between real professionals. Five accomplished panelists. A surprise sixth voice you will not see coming. And three hours designed to change how you show up in your career.

ASQ Section 1510 is proud to announce the Women in Quality Roundtable 2026.

WHAT ARE THE WOMEN IN QUALITY ROUNDTABLES'?

ASQ Southeast Florida Section 1510 presents the Women in Quality Roundtable, a half-day professional development experience centered on the leadership, visibility, and career growth of women in the quality profession.

This is not a passive panel experience. It is a moderated Q&A session where accomplished professionals answer real questions, share hard-earned lessons, and give every person in the room something concrete to take back to work. Women in quality bring a perspective this profession needs more of, and this event gives that perspective the space it deserves.

All quality professionals who support that mission are welcome to attend.

MEET YOUR PANELISTS

Ayushi Saraswat, MBA Director of Process Improvement | Elevance Health

Ayushi leads enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives across healthcare and technology, two of the most demanding industries to drive real change. She reads a situation before she prescribes a solution, and that discipline produces results that stick. She serves as Associate Vice President on the Programs Team for PMI South Florida and gives back through community work with Kash Patel Productions. She brings a perspective shaped by leading complex, high-stakes work at the intersection of people, process and performance.

Dennisse Parra, PhD | MRM Site Director

Dennisse brings 29 years of industrial experience across product research and development, project portfolio management, process improvement and scientific leadership in highly regulated environments. She has worked with Beckman-Coulter, OrthoClinical Diagnostics and Quidel-Ortho, published 7 peer-reviewed papers and holds 2 patents with Beckman-Coulter. She earned her PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Miami and her BS in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico. Few people in any room have built a career as deep and as wide as hers.

Madison DiPietro Assistant Director of Food and Beverage | The View at Colony West Golf Club

Madison leads restaurant operations, banquet execution, staff development and large-scale event management inside the golf and country club industry. She built a reputation for creating strong guest experiences, developing team culture and putting operational systems in place that actually hold. Her background spans hospitality marketing, social events and staff training, giving her a well-rounded view of what modern leadership looks like in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

Alea Pizarro Quality Assurance Manager | City Furniture

Alea brings a practical, people-focused approach to quality systems, operational excellence and leadership development. Actively involved with ASQ, she supports professional growth initiatives and brings the kind of collaborative, team-first mindset that makes quality cultures actually work. She is proof that the best quality leaders are also the best people leaders.

Adalyd Oliveras AVP Senior Commercial Quality Assurance Analyst | BankUnited

ASQ Section 1510 Chair | Deputy Region Director, ASQ South Atlantic Region

Adalyd does not just talk about quality. She leads it, measures it and builds communities around it. At BankUnited, she holds commercial quality to a high standard inside one of Florida's most prominent regional banks. Through her personal brand, she mentors new and seasoned project managers on career growth, resume strategy and LinkedIn presence. She has volunteered as a business consultant with SCORE Broward since 2020, chairs ASQ Section 1510 and serves as Deputy Region Director for the ASQ South Atlantic Region. The Women in Quality Roundtable? She built it.

AND ONE MORE

Our sixth panelist does not come from the quality world. He comes from a world where discipline is not a concept, it is survival. Where confidence is not coached, it is built under pressure. Where showing up means something completely different. What he brings to this room will change how you think about what strength actually looks like in a professional setting. That is all we are saying for now.

AT THIS SUMMIT, YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • A moderated Q&A with six accomplished professionals across quality, healthcare, hospitality and beyond
  • Focused discussions on leadership bias, pay equity and building confidence in the workplace
  • Peer learning in an environment built for honest, productive conversation
  • Action-oriented takeaways you can apply the following Monday
  • A professional network of people committed to quality and long-term career growth
  • A surprise panelist reveal that will change how you think about professional resilience

WHY THIS MATTERS:

Women in quality roles face challenges that standard professional development rarely addresses directly. This roundtable exists to change that. It strengthens leadership, increases visibility and builds the kind of connections that actually move careers forward. When women in quality grow, the entire profession benefits, and that is a conversation worth showing up for.

Seats are limited. Secure your spot early!  We look forward to seeing you on October 17.
