There is something powerful about a community that shows up.
Not just once, not just when it’s easy, but consistently, with heart, with time, with intention. That is who you are.
You create spaces where people feel they belong. You turn simple moments into meaningful connections. You give your time, your energy, your ideas and somehow, you make it all come together.
Last year, we achieved so much, and we did not pause to celebrate it the way it deserved. This year, we are doing it differently. This celebration is for you. For every late night, every message, every event, every detail handled behind the scenes that no one else sees, but everyone feels.
A special thank you to those who have been building this community for years. Tammy, Eduardo Vega, Norbert, and so many others who have carried this section forward with dedication and pride. And to those who are giving their all this year, putting in hours, showing up again and again, pushing us to make this year even stronger than 2025, I see you. We all do.
What you are building is more than events. It is connection. It is growth. It is belonging.
And yesterday was a perfect reminder of that.
As you look through the pictures, you will see more than smiles. You will see a team practicing their mini golf skills, yes, but also preparing for something bigger. A glimpse of what is coming on September 24 at QXCON Southeast Florida. A conference that will bring together professional development, connection, and a true sense of community, with even a touch of golf woven into the experience.
Moments like these matter. They bring us closer. They remind us why we do this.
