Stop design failures before they start in South Florida
Let me be direct.
Most issues that slow down projects, increase costs, and affect customer satisfaction do not start during production. They start much earlier, during the design phase.
And by the time they show up, you are already reacting instead of preventing.
That is exactly why we are planning a live, in person DFMEA training in the Fort Lauderdale area this summer (June or July).
This is a one day, instructor led, hands on session focused on helping you identify risks early and take action before those risks become real problems.
π Planned location: Fort Lauderdale area
π
Timing: June or July
Here is how it works:
If we reach the required group size, we will host this training in person in South Florida.
If not, we will still move forward with a live virtual session, so you can attend and gain the full value of the course.
DFMEA, Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, is not just a tool. It is a structured way to think through your design decisions. It helps you break down potential failure modes, understand their causes, and prioritize what needs attention using a clear and consistent method.
During this training, you will learn how to:
-
Identify potential failure modes and their causes in a structured way
-
Evaluate severity, occurrence, and detection with confidence
-
Assign Risk Priority Numbers and understand what they really mean
-
Prioritize risks and build practical action plans
This is not theory. You will work through real examples and you can even bring your own project or in progress DFMEA to work on during the session.
The training will be delivered by Abbigail Meah-Ali, who brings over 25 years of experience across manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, and consumer products.
You will also receive all training materials, including a DFMEA Excel worksheet and a PDF of the session content, plus an ASQ Certificate of Completion.
We are currently confirming interest from the South Florida community.
If we reach the required group size, we will host this training in person locally.
