Presentation Topic: Building an Effective Team
A team is a collective of individuals deeply reliant on one another to reach a common objective or finish a task. Success of our work area, department, or company depends on putting together an effective team. By embracing the idea of Team, we anticipate we will:

 Be able to gather and draw on a wide range of perspectives,
 Develop a common understanding, and
 Discover comprehensive solutions to our challenges.

In this session, we'll explore the reasons behind team failures and delve into the concepts and positive behaviors essential for achieving success as a team. We'll dissect the specific triggers of failure and explore the counteracting behaviors— the Teamwork-10 behaviors—that contribute to successful teams. Additionally, we'll examine how individual behavioral types can influence team effectiveness and we’ll use a tool to help identify these types.
