Quality Progress

Hello all,

This is my first time posting here, so I hope this location is suitable for my post!

I am looking for someone to teach APQP/Core Tools training to my Design/Process/Quality engineers.  

Preferences:

1. I would like the teams to walk away with a sample DMFEAs/PF/PFMEAs/CPs of one of their products/processes etc as part of the training.   
2. The largest team is located in Omaha NE, and potentially in-person training would be preferred.
   1. I have other teams in Dubai, and Brazil I would also want to give remote or in-person training to.

I know from personal experience, the individual giving the training can make all the difference in the world.

Does anyone have someone they would highly recommend?

All of our APQP/Core Tools training  is customized to your products and processes.  We offer the training in the form of both one day training sessions and workshops on the DFMEA/Design Verification Plan and Process FMEA/Process Control Plan.  The goal of the one day training is to teach you the concepts using your products and processes.  The goal of the workshop is to teach you the concepts and also create complete deliverables you can provide to your customers.  For the workshop training, we ask you a series of questions about your products and processes and from that develop a quotation for the workshops.  As an example, typical time to teach you the Process FMEA and Process Control Plan concepts for a complex process step (30 failure modes, 50 failure causes) is about 2 to 3 hours.
