Summary of presentation:
Learning is one of the most natural activities that we engage in as humans. In today’s world there is a need to more effectively tap into this intrinsic drive. Individuals want to grow and exercise high self-direction in the pursuit of their learning goals. Too often, however, business and education institutions have fallen short in integrating this natural intrinsic drive into their training and educational programs. In this session you will learn how to implement adult learning practices that enhances learner engagement, self-direction and joy. Adult learning practices also help the instructor to become an effective learning coach and grow as well. This is a win-win-win for the learner, the coach and the organization.
