ASQ Phoenix Message from the Chair - September 2025

Greetings All -

Thanks to all who attended the August Program “Guide to Greatness® Growth Alignment Framework™: A Systematic Approach to Sustainable Growth with AI² (Artificial + Authentic Intelligence)” with Dr. Cyndi (Crother) Laurin.    We had 60 attending the Program with the Presentation receiving positive feedback.  This and past Program recordings can be found in the “Library” on the Phoenix Section page of myASQ.

This month’s Program on September 11th @ 6pm MST (PDT) is “From Curious to Confident: A Learn-Do Guide to AI in Action” with Chris Hayes, CEO of Impact Performance Solutions. Chris provides vision and strategic direction ensuring the customer's voice is always the loudest. She has almost 30 years as a proven business performance improvement leader, international speaker, and author.  Whether you're just starting to explore AI or looking to get more out of the tools you've tried, this session is your launchpad. In just one hour, you'll go from wondering what’s possible to confidently using AI tools like ChatGPT to simplify tasks, spark new ideas, and boost productivity in both your business and personal life. More info is available in the myASQ Phoenix Section Events.

When you can, please review our ASQ Phoenix Monthly One Page Lessons (OPL) designed to support your knowledge and efforts in using quality and process improvement tools. These are available in the myASQ Phoenix Section Blog.

And September 10-11 will be the 31st ASQ Audit Division Conference in Reno, NV. This year’s Conference will be held in collaboration with the ASQ Food, Drug and Cosmetic Division. The focus will be “Artificial Intelligence in Auditing - Navigating the New Era”.
