ISO 14001 and ISO 14004 SHARE YOUR VIEWS WITH THE TECHNICAL COMMITTEE

The objective of this survey is to develop an understanding of the needs of users and other interested parties in relation to environmental management systems (EMS) standards, in order to inform the revisions of ISO 14001 and ISO 14004 as well as other related ISO standards.

The survey takes into account key topics and perceived future challenges for environmental management, with the goal of continual improvement. The questionnaire is intended to be completed by
  • Individuals in organizations that have implemented ISO 14001 and/or ISO 14004 (users);
  • other individuals with other working knowledge or interest in ISO 14001 (e.g., certification bodies, regulatory agencies, academia, research institutions, trade associations, industry groups, and learned societies).
On average, this questionnaire should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.
You can save your responses to the questionnaire and return at a later time, if necessary. All responses will be confidential, and individual respondents will not be identified. If you opt to provide your contact information at the end of the survey, you will not be contacted for sales or marketing activity. The survey results will be published on the ISO/TC 207/SC 1 website. The anonymized survey data can be made available on request.

While it is possible to use a mobile device, we recommend using a laptop or PC to complete the survey, due to the formatting of some questions.
