ASQ CEO Emphasizes Culture Of Quality In Feature Article

Troy, a retired three-star general of the United States Army, emphasized the importance of a “culture of quality,” noting that quality is increasingly making its way onto organizations’ lists of core values.

In his list, Troy included being clear about what you believe, measuring the right things, and modeling desired behaviors.

Quality is “a journey, not a destination,” he’s quoted in the article.
