ASQ Creative Services Workgroup Recognized For Continuous Improvement Efforts
Milwaukee, Wis., Oct. 15, 2018 — ASQ’s Creative Services workgroup last week was recognized as a top four finisher in the Widen Summit’s digital asset management contest.
ASQ’s digital asset management system helps global users easily find creative assets — including photos, logos, templates, marketing materials and more — increasing efficiencies organization wide. The system was deployed in 2017 and allows users to quickly search by keywords in a user-friendly, online environment.
ASQ Production Administrator, Barb Mitrovic (at right, accepting the award on behalf of ASQ), was one of four administrators who presented in front of 200 industry professionals and four judges, sharing the successes of ASQ’s digital asset management system.
“ASQ’s DAM system has helped the organization continuously improve our processes by giving control to users to quickly find the assets they need,” Mitrovic said. “The DAM system creates efficiencies for both users and the Creative Services workgroup, allowing us all to focus on the member and customer.”
The annual Widen Summit is hosted by Madison, Wis.-based Widen, which creates for its customers cloud-based, centralized hubs for creative assets, including photos, videos and other media. Widen customers include LG, Energizer, Cornell University, Yankee Candle and more.
