Blue Ridge Lunchtime Webinar: "Hacks for Effective Problem Solving"

"Hacks for Effective Problem Solving"

Overview: The world revolves around solving problems on a daily basis.  But what does it take to effectively tackle an issue?  Understanding the root cause?  Using the right tools?  Tracking the right actions?  While all of these are essential, the impact of the human element in problem solving is often underestimated.

At the workplace, we frequently rely on people and work in teams to get issues resolved.  This webinar discusses five communication hacks to make this process more effective.
