Speaker Bio
George Adams is a licensed industrial engineer and software engineer registered in Texas. He has an ASQ CSQE certification. He is a principal engineer at Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio, Texas, and student in Penn State’s World Campus Master of Geographic Information Systems program. He will graduate in May 2022. He has developed software applications for decades and is particularly interested in web app development and supporting the efforts of local governments and small nonprofits.
