textbook, ‘Quality Audits for Improved Performance’ by Dennis Arter, ISO Guidance
Documents, videos, and application exercises.
You will learn the concepts of ISO 9001:2015 standard and the principles and
practices of effective internal audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2018. Students
gain necessary auditing skills through a balance of formal tutorials, individual
assignments, open forum discussions and practical role playing.
This class should be of interest or required for those responsible for understanding,
planning and implementing an ISO 9001:2015 program and those who must perform
audits to ISO 9001:2015 in attending this class. In addition, quality managers, quality
engineers and other professionals, ISO project managers and team members, and
all others who desire an in-depth understanding of the auditing process will benefit
from this learning experience, including those who want to learn more about eAudits
or Remote Auditing.
