"Working with FMEA - What's the Worst That Can Happen?"
Overview: This virtual discussion will introduce participants to the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) tool and how to use it in a Lean/Six Sigma project. FMEA is a step-by-step approach for identifying all possible failures in a design, a manufacturing or assembly process, or a product or service.
We will use an FMEA simulation to identify high‐risk process steps, based on the consequences of failure.
