About the Speaker – Tim Dietrich
Tim Dietrich is the Director of Quality and Value Improvement at Hamilton Health Sciences. In this role, Tim is responsible for key strategic, tactical and operational support related to Hamilton Health Sciences’ quality management system. The Quality and Value Improvement team have skills in quality improvement, Lean and Six Sigma, advanced analytics, and project management. Tim is also a sessional lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering at McMaster University. He is certified by the American Society for Quality as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Engineer, and has been a student, practitioner and mentor in quality improvement for 20 years in both manufacturing and health care organizations.
