Mr. Rodolfo “Rudy” Morales Miranda, US Army (Retired), is a Senior Member of ASQ and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Change Management Advanced Practioner working in the military training and training support market. He has worked as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with Combat Support Associates (CSA, Ltd.) under contract with US Army Central Command (ARCENT) in Southwest Asia 2003-2009), and at Booz Allen Hamilton, in Washington, DC, (2009-2011), while assigned as G7 Solider Training Support Program Operations Officer, working to deploy Lean Six Sigma within the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (HQ-IMCOM) G3/7 Training and Mission Support.
He transferred to San Antonio in March, 2011, and is currently assigned as GS-14, Branch Chief, Virtual/Constructive Training Branch, responsible for both the Soldier Training Support Program, and the Mission Command Training Support Program, in the G7 Training Division, where he applies his LSS and Change Management knowledge to key process areas of the Army Training Support Systems Enterprise. He is also a Guest Instructor at the Army College of Installation Management, teaching Introduction to Change Management, Quality Management Toolkit, and Process Mapping classes.
