Value can be best expressed in terms of the features of a product or service meeting or exceeding expected or intended function. We all want to safeguard that which we find valuable in our lives. In some cases, this means to exercise because we value our health. In other cases, we purchase insurance for times of need. Time and money are at the top of the list of things we seek (demand) value from.

In the United States alone, we spend $1.4 trillion dollars annually in conducting meetings. This does not include associated costs of preparation and response activities. Estimating the value of such a massive investment has traditionally been neglected or extremely difficult to produce. Please join us for this webinar where we will review some barriers to effectively communicating and techniques, we can use to better provide value with each engagement.
