Topic: Curiosity and Connection: Your personal Advantage in an AI world
Abstract:
In the busy, do more with less, dynamic environments where we work, one of the few places we have real control is how we show up and navigate challenges and chaos. As automation and systems grow, increasingly, we need to lean into building human relationships. In the land of spreadsheet aggregation, dashboards, and Ghant charts, we work alongside other people. Our ability to connect is what gets things done.
As someone who started their engineering career to solve the world's problems with math and science, I’ve come full circle to see that is only a part of the equation. While I love spreadsheets and flowcharts as much as the next person, it is developing the human element of life and leadership that is where the magic happens that fuels our motivation for our work and fosters positive, collaborative, and creative environments.
