Speaker Bio:
Bobby Satheesan brings over 13 years of auditing expertise to his role as Senior Project
Manager at Bureau Veritas Certification North America. In this capacity, he oversees the audit
delivery on global multi-site QHSE certification contracts and manages the ANSI/ESD S20.20
certification program. He also champions various auditor competence improvement initiatives
within Bureau Veritas.
With a master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from King Fahd University of
Petroleum and Minerals (Saudi Arabia) and a Graduate Certificate in Business from Vancouver
Island University (Canada), Bobby has spent his career fostering business growth through
strategic people management, specification selling, and QHSE management systems
implementation and auditing. He has also led several operational efficiency improvements
projects across automotive, oil and gas, marine, defense, and energy sectors.
His scholarly contributions to the field of tribology of hybrid epoxy nanocomposite coatings,
polymer chemistry, and biomedical engineering composites feature in peer-reviewed scientific
journals, book chapters, and international conferences.
A holder of the CMQ/OE credential, Bobby is also a member of the American Society for Quality
(ASQ) and serves on the executive committee in the role of Education Chair for the Windsor
415 chapter.
