Dare to Be Aware: Strategic Risk Assessment, a Proactive Approach to Minimize Risk

Strategic risk evaluation is a critical function for an organization's long-term success, resilience, and sustainability in an ever changing ecosystem. Unlike traditional risk management, which often focuses on day-to-day operational, strategic risk assessment proactively identifies, evaluates, and manages potential threats and opportunities that could impact an organization's core strategy, competitive position, and ability to achieve its primary objectives.  Join us as we examine the collaborations, tools, and a high-level flow for ensuring a quality well-executed strategic risk program.
