 Organizational Management and an MBA with emphasis in Ethics and Leadership. With a strong desire to build others and help them reach professional and personal goals, he is
 certified as a coach, trainer, and speaker with Maxwell Leadership. Mike regularly mentors, coaches, and facilitates workshops for developing leaders at various stages in their career and professional development. He has been married for 32 years and has three adult children. His hobbies include music, outdoor activities and learning to fly fish.
