The COVID-19 pandemic has changed how we engage with quality professionals and teams. There are now a lot of teams who work in a hybrid or virtual environment. Games are a unique tool that can be used to bring people together, teach new skills, and help us adapt to the modern workplace. This is especially important for Millennials and Generation Z who have spent their entire lives playing games and want to see them in the workplace.
