QA/QC Specialist Shawn Savuto will present & provide a Gemba Walk on Quality at COOP Ale Works.

Shawn Savuto has been the QA/QC Specialist at COOP Ale Works for over 10 years.  During this time he has developed a comprehensive Quality Program integrating chemical, microbiological, and sensory analysis in order to ensure the consumer receives the best possible experience.  Prior to a beer career he was working in the food safety and chemical manufacturing spaces.  He has a BSc from OU in Microbiology and enjoys spending his free time with his loving wife and their sassy Boston Terrier.

There is no charge for this session, event is free to attend.  Sales & marketing prohibited, for educational & professional networking purposes only.  A complimentary dinner will be provided for registered attendees courtesy of Section 1408.  This is also your chance to network with multi-industry Quality Professionals.  
This 2hr continuing education event provides 0.18 Recertification Units.
