We will be hosting our next in-person meeting on Tuesday, January 20 from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm at Distillery Labs (https://www.distillerylabs.org) in Downtown Peoria as announced in the December edition of our Q-Notes newsletter. Our guest speaker will be Sheila Montney, former Shingo Executive Advisory Board Member and former State Farm Executive. She will share her experience applying the Shingo Model at a Shingo Bronze Medallion recipient site and how these principles are being leveraged to drive cultural transformation in government. Sheila is a former Planning Commissioner and has served on various boards and commissions over the years, including a national task force for retirement security. She holds a nonpartisan City Council seat in the City of Bloomington (IL) and is passionate about delivering results aligned to what her constituents value.
