Communication is a skill that constantly evolves and requires ongoing effort to strengthen and refine. This presentation focuses on the many facets of communication, including active listening, clear messaging, and adapting your approach to different audiences. Participants will learn how strong communication supports collaboration, reduces misunderstandings, and builds trust. By developing these skills, you’ll be better equipped to communicate with confidence and effectiveness in the workplace.

 

Frank Lombari is the Learning & Development Manager at High Purity New England and brings over 11 years of experience designing and delivering training across a wide range of HR and professional development topics, including soft skill and communication development. He holds a degree in Communications from Salve Regina University, which has shaped his approach to practical, people-centered learning. His background spans multiple training-focused roles, allowing him to translate theory into real-world application that supports individual growth and organizational success.
