Speaker Bio: ASQ Energy & Environment Division (EED) was very fortunate to recruit Ms. Seza Vaziri to contribute to our EED Council efforts and permit us to better address international oil and gas interests. Seza Vaziri is currently VP of Quality for Petrofac. She has 22+ years of global executive leadership in operations, continuous improvement and process transformation working for companies like General Electric, where she served as Global Value Stream Leader, and both. Alstom and Xerox. Seza is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, holds a BSc in Computers and is a graduate of the Leadership Executive Program at Harvard Business School. Her contributions embody strategic leadership and operational excellence in the energy industry. Seza joined our EED team during WCQI 2024 and published an article in the EED Fall 2024 newsletter entitled: “Quality Organization Challenges in EPC Services within the Energy Industry.”
