Dale F. Weeks is an internationally recognized expert in global benchmarking and enterprise performance excellence, with over 40 years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors. As President and CEO of Global Leadership and Benchmarking Associates, Dale works with organizations worldwide to implement structured benchmarking strategies that transform leadership, elevate results, and drive mission success. During his tenure as Senior Executive Benchmarking Officer and Deputy Executive Director at the Florida Department of Revenue, Dale led agency-wide benchmarking and business process improvement initiatives that helped modernize operations across tax administration, child support enforcement, and property tax services. His earlier leadership roles with Xerox, General Mills, and Control Data further grounded his expertise in scalable innovation and results-driven leadership.
A long-time advocate of performance excellence in government, healthcare, education, and business, Dale has spoken at over 50 national and global conferences and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Global Benchmarking Network. His mission: to help leaders embed benchmarking as a strategic and cultural lever for measurable, sustainable transformation.
